The SCTCCCA Coaches Classic is taking place this Saturday at Lower Richland High School. SCTCCCA president Daniel Brooks announced the site change on Jan. 4. During the July 2007 summer coaches association meeting in Charleston Spring Valley coach John Jones proposed that the location of the meet be rotated. South Pointe coach Bob Jenkins seconded
the motion, according to meeting minutes.
Seneca coach Tom Jordan and Ninety Six’s Cheryl Browning were announced as 2008 inductees into the association hall of fame. Both will be inducted at Coaches Classic Saturday.

DIRECTIONS TO LOWER RICHLAND
1. From I-26 or I-20 exit on to I-77.
2. Use exit ramp #9, Garners Ferry Road. (Towards Sumter)
3. Go to the eighth light, which is Lower Richland Blvd.
4. Turn left at that traffic light, you will see LR on the left and an Exxon station on the right.
5. Come down past the school to the stadium.
6. You may drop all athletes off at the stadium and park the busses in the student parking lot on Rabbit Run Street near the school.
7. Spectators will park at the school behind the gym on Lower Richland Blvd.
8. Stadium parking will be reserved for meet officials, press, and workers.

PRINT YOUR HEAT SHEETS AND BRING THEM WITH YOU. THE HEAT SHEETS AT THE MEET WILL BE FOR SALE
YOU MUST DECLARE ATHLETES FOR THE 400, 400 HURDLES AND 4X400 (A table will be at the finish line)
THERE WILL BE A 2 HEAT FINAL FOR THE 100/100 & 110 HURDLES/200 METERS
ADMISSION FOR THE COACHES CLASSIC IS $ 5.00. IF YOU LEAVE THE STADIUM YOU MUST BE STAMPED OR YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET.
T-SHIRTS WILL BE FOR SALE
Warm-up will take place on the field outside the stadium near the shot put area
Infield warm-up will be limited to the present and next events held on the track
Check-in will be in the storage shed on the east end of the stadium.
All results will be posted on the result board near the old concession stand.
