Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
Placing second in pole vault at state my junior and senior years.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would have focused more on pole vault rather than playing football.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
Not having a dedicated coach for pole vault until later in high school when my Dad started coaching and I was able to go to Columbia and Rock Hill for additional help.

What will you miss the most?
The friendly competition between pole vaulters that always made me a better athlete as well as a better person.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
Listen to your coaches, do what they ask, always try your hardest and never get discouraged.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
My Dad and other coaches in all of my sports have always pushed me to better myself and strive to meet my goals in pole vault as well as in life in general.

What kind of impact did you family have on your time as a high school student-athlete? My Mom, Dad and Sister all pushed me and supported me as an athlete as well as a student

What are your college or post high school plans?
I've signed to continue my pole vault career at The Citadel.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?
I hope to continue bettering my pole vaulting career, score points at Division I meets and break records on the next level.

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?
I would love to coach and/or be involved in sports in the future, but I don't know if I ever will. If I did, however, I would love to at either the high school or college level because I feel like I could make a difference  at either level.

Shout-outs?
All of my coaches and especially my family, who have pushed me as well as supported me throughout my whole career.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
I would love to travel the world pole vaulting professionally.
