Wesley also won the discus with a throw of 164-02. Carlton Lavong, Methacton, set a new PA #1 in the long jump with a leap of 24-02.50 to finish 2nd overall behind Damar Forbes,GA, 24-06.50. |

The Haverford School posted a PA#8 1600 Sprint Medley Relay of 3:42.44.
They also won the 4x200 in 1:34.08. Tom Hopkins won the long jump at 20-04, and Robert Boyle threw 50-07.50 to take the shot put.

Alysha Cook, Harrisburg, set a new meet record in the 200 meter dash with a PA #1 time of 24.68 to better Hyleas Fountain's 2000 record of 24.77. Cook also won the 300 hurdles with a time of 45.28. Ashley Corum, Carlisle, won the triple jump with a new meet record leap of 37-06.75. Marissa McDonald, CD East, was also over the old record of 37-00 with a jump of 37-01.75. Boys Chris Houston, Bishop McDevitt, tied Knowledge Timmons' 100 meter dash meet record with his PA #1 performance of 10.72. Houston also won the 200 meter dash with a PA #1 time of 21.85. Kyle Hurston, Carlisle, pulled a distance double with wins in the 800, 2:02.13, and the 1600, 4:21.86. Michael Brown, Lower Dauphin, won the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.75 and the 300 hurdles with a time of 40.13. Collin Ray, Middletown, won the shot put with a throw of 51-00 and the discus with a throw of 162-01. Justin Shirk, Central Dauphin, won the javelin with a throw of 188-11. |

At the TFCAGP Spring Invite Kyle Moran, Abington, set a new PA #1 time in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:56.90. North Penn teammates Brian Quintrell and Dominic Camasso finished with PA #3 and #6 times of 1:57.73 and 1:58.83. Hatboro Horsham also set a PA #1 time of 10:31.02 in the DMR with a narrow victory over Upper Dublin, 10:31.22. Abington was third overall with the PA #3 time of 10:39.09. Chris Morrales, Abington, won the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.20.
