What does it mean to be named to the Shrine Bowl Run
team and helping the hospital?
It is an honor to be able to be a part of the Shrine Bowl run and to get to meet the kids at the Shriners Hospital.

What did you hear about the Shrine Bowl Run before this year?
I hadn't heard much about the Shrine Bowl run before I was selected.

What do you hope to experience during the event?
I hope to get to meet many great kids and to meet other runners from around the state.

How are you preparing to run with a football?
I'm not preparing at all. I used to actually play football.

How would you rate your senior season?
Out of 10, I would rate my performance at an eight. I did set a couple PR's, but i could've ran much faster and more consistently.

What future goals do you have?
I hope to excel in college and get into graduate school.

Have you made the decision to compete at the next level? Please explain.
Yes, I will most likely be running track and cross country at Wofford.

How did you get involved with the sport and when?
I got involved by a couple of my friends pressuring me into running my 11th grade year. I have only been running for two years now.

Do you have any relation or know someone that has attended the Shriners Hospital?
No, I do not.

How have you seen the sport change in the state? Please explain.
I have only been running for two years now, but I have seen that competition has gotten steeper and steeper each year.

What was your motivation for your final XC season?
At the start of the year, I was hoping to try to win state.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
I would love to be the owner of a car company. I have been in love with anything car related since I was little.
