8:45 a.m Coaches Meeting (at finish line)
9:00 a.m. J.V. Boys (unlimited)
9:45 a.m. J.V. Girls (unlimited)
10:30 a.m. Varsity Boys (7 runners)
11:00 a.m. Varsity Girls (7 runners)
ENTRY: Enter your team and individual runners on milesplit by Wednesday, October 31 (midnight)
BUS PARKING: Team buses should park at the Newnan Utilities office building located next Carl Miller Park. Signs will be posted and there will be individuals directing traffic.
SPECTATOR PARKING: Cars and other vehicles may park in the grass area next to the Newnan Utilities office building or in the parking lots of Carl Miller Park. The gate at the entrance to the course is located in the grass area. We will NOT be charging for parking.
RESTROOMS: There will be 4 port-a-potties located at the start/finish area. Restrooms are also available at Carl Miller Park if needed.
TENTS: Team tents can be set up anywhere near the start/finish area without being immediately adjacent to the course. Trash bags will be available at packet pickup.
AWARDS:
1st-2nd Teams for varsity boys and varsity girls
1st-6th individual medals for varsity boys and girls (Individual state qualifiers)
1st-6th individual medals for J.V. boys and girls
TIMING: The results and timing will be by The Perfect Timing Group.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available.
T-SHIRTS: EagleSports will be selling t-shirts.

Merge onto US-29N/US-27-altN/GA-14N toward GA-16/Newnan (2.6 miles)
