Start Time: 10:00am
Entry Fee: $85 Per team or $150 Per school if you are bring both boys and girls. $10 per athlete will be charged for individual entry.
Entries: All entries must be input through SCRunners.com. Please understand that coaches must become team admin for your school on scrunners to enter your team. I know a lot of teams and meets have started using it so this shouldn’t be a problem. Each school is allowed to enter 3 athletes per event and 2 relays per school. Each athlete may enter no more than 4 events, including relays. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT APRIL 17th, 2013. No entries will be accepted after this date.
Check In: Team packets will be available starting at 8:30am the day of the meet. There will be no additions made to the meet. There will be a coaches meeting for All Coaches at 9:15am
Coaches Hopitality/Concessions: There will be a coaches hospitality tent for coaches and meet officials only. Lunch will be provided Cane Bay High School Track Team. Concessions will be available for all athletes and spectators at the Viper Grill Concession Stand located at the High Jump end of the stadium.
Warm ups: The track will be open for warm up starting at 8:30am and close at 9:30am. Throwing areas will not be open until a coach is present to monitor the athletes warm-ups.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the Top 2 teams in both boys and girls divisions. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event. Plaques will be awarded to the Outstanding Track Athlete and Outstanding Field Athlete in both boys and girls divisions.
Meet Timing: Cane Bay High School will be timing the meet this year with our Eagle Eye Timing System. This timing system is FAT and meets all the requirements for HS and College Timing.
Meet T-Shirts: Meet T-Shirts will be on sale for $15 and can be purchased as you come in the main gate. We will have a limited number of T-Shirts on sale.
Directions: From Charleston Go I-26 to exit 199B 17-A to Moncks Corner. Once on 17-A you will go down to the 6th stoplight and take a left onto State Road(US 176). Once on State Road the school is 3 miles down on the right. You will pass the school and make the first right into Cane Bay Plantation.
Directions : From Columbia Go I-26 to exit 194 to Jedburg Road. Take a left onto Jedburg Road. Follow down to the 2nd light and take a right onto State Road(US 176). School will be down on the left hand side in Cane Bay Plantation. There will be a Publix Shopping Center on the Corner before the Cane Bay Plantation entrance.
The first entrance will be spectator parking and the second entrance behind the stadium will be for team buses.
