Enter at www.sctrackworld.us. Entry Deadline is 11:59 pm Friday October 25th. Those not meeting the deadline will have to get approval from the SC High School League to enter and may be fined for late entry. You may enter 7 athletes, but may change names from any on your eligibility up to 15 minutes before the race. Please fill out the runner exchange form in your packet and return it to the scoring table (John Olson or Ed Boehmke).

The top 12 teams and individuals in the top 45 qualify for the state meet.
There is no 1A Qualifying Race - All 1A teams are automatically in the State Championships. Go to the State Meet page on SCTrackworld for information on entering the State Meet. The site will be availbale on Saturday afternoon November 2.
10:40 - Hillcrest Open - Open to any runner that is not competing in the other races, parents, siblings, coaches, etc. It is free, after entry to the school parking. You must sign up and receive a number to run.-NO AWARDS OR RESULTS-We will not time the race so you are responsible for timing yourself. A clock will be at the finish line. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A SANCTIONED RACE. YOU CANNOT REPRESENT YOUR SCHOOL IN ANY WAY- YOU CANNOT RIDE WITH THE TEAM ON THE BUS AND YOU CANNOT WEAR A SCHOOL UNIFORM. ANYONE THAT DOES SO IS IN VIOLATION OF THE SC HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE RULES.

NO PETS PLEASE
Team tents can be set up in the visiting stands (closest to school, underneath the stands on either side or outside the football field fence. Please do not put any tents in the home stands so that spectators can view the race. Coaches please advise your parents and fans that the BEST place to view the races is on the upper level of the home stands. NO ONE is allowed on the football fields at Hillcrest for any reason (except officials).
DIRECTIONS
From I-385 going South exit at Fairview Road and turn left. Go two lights and turn right onto Main Street. Turn right at the next light. From I-385 going North exit at Fairview Road and turn right. Go one light and turn right onto Main Street. Turn right at the next light.
ALL BUSES SHOULD ENTER AT THE LAST ENTRANCE (Gate #4) TO THE SCHOOL AND PARK IN THE BACK LOT.
ALL CARS SHOULD ENTER THE FIRST (Gate #1) ENTRANCE. GATE 3 WILL BE OPEN FOR SPECTATOR PARKING, BUT ENTRY AND EXIT FROM THIS LOT WILL BE CLOSED DURING A RACE.
THERE WILL BE A $5.00 PARKING FEE FOR EVERY VEHICLE (EXCEPT BUSES).There are lots of fast food places at Fairview Road (one exit towards Greenville from Harrison Bridge) such as McDonalds (right), Wendy's Taco Bell, Chick-fila, etc (left).

Class AAA & AA — UPPER STATE Site: Hillcrest High School

9:30 a.m. – AA Boys
11:20 a.m. – AAA Girls
10:00 a.m. – AA Girls
12:00 a.m. – AAA Boys
10:40 a.m. – Open Race
The top twelve girls’ AAA teams and the top 45 finishers at each site will qualify for the State Meet. The top twelve boys’ AAA teams and the top 45 finishers at each site will qualify for the State Meet. Number of Runners: The maximum number of runners per school who will be allowed to race will be seven. Only submit seven runners for the State Meet. You will be allowed to make exchanges up to 15 minutes before the start of your race using the names that were submitted on your eligibility list provided they have participated in at least two meets during regular season. The form in your packet must be completed.
Be sure to enter under the correct meet. (AAA qualifiers - enter under AAA Upper State, AA boys team qualifiers - enter under AA Upper State)
ALERT !!!!!!! Registration must be submitted by midnight Friday, October 25, 2013. Schools that register the runner(s) after the deadline may be fined $100. If you have problems registering, contact Ed Boehmke at eboehmke@greenville.k12.sc.us. If you are unable to reach Ed, email Nessie Harris at nharris@schsl.org. This is to be done prior to the deadline. Don’t wait until the last minute.
Reminder: Coaches should remember that all governing rules apply when it comes to uniforms, jewelry, and conduct. Violation of the rules will result in disqualification. Please review Rule 9, Section 6 & 7 of the NFHS Track & Field and Cross Country Rule Book. We will continue to restrict undergarments to be worn as a single solid color above or below the knee.
Ed Boehmke would like to meet with AA coaches at 9:15 a.m. and AAA coaches at 11:10 a.m.
Coaches if your school qualifies, please re-enter the names of your runners at www.sctrackworld.us no later than 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2013. It is mandatory that names are entered by the deadline. You may begin registration Saturday, November 2, about 3:00 p.m.
NOTE: Please tell your runners that High School League shirts, shorts, hoodies, hats, etc. will be available for purchase at the State Meet.
