Race Times:
4:40 p.m. Girls JV (unlimited entries)
5:20 p.m. Boys JV (unlimited entries)
5:55 p.m. Girls Varsity (seven entries)
6:25 p.m. Boys Varsity (seven entries)
Bus Parking:
BUSSES MUST enter the first entrance to Dorman and unload athletes at the stadium. Due to school dismissal, you may NOT
unload behind the freshman campus for the region meet.
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is in the field past the stadium with overflow parking in the stadium lot. Handicapped passes only will be allowed in
freshman campus lot (third entrance). Please inform all parents, spectators, etc., to enter through the first entrance to Dorman in
front of the main campus.
Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are available at the freshman campus gym and football stadium. Restrooms in the freshman campus will not be
available until AFTER 3:30 PM due to school.
Participation:
All athletes must have competed in two meets prior to competing in the region championship.
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in the grassy areas in front of the freshman campus. All team tents should be on the freshman campus
side of the main campus road. Trash bags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team area before you
leave.
Awards:
Varsity races- Top 14 individuals will receive medals; the top 14 runners are named to the “All-Region” Team.
JV races- Top 5 individuals will receive medals.
The awards ceremony will begin as soon as possible after the conclusion of the last race. The Region Championship team will be
recognized as well.
The awards presentation will take place in the freshman campus gym immediately after the boys varsity race.
Results:
Scoring and results will be done by computer and will be available to coaches at the awards ceremony.

th midnight.
Entry Fee:
$50 for both boys’ and girls’ teams. This will cover the cost of awards, race numbers, etc. Make checks payable to “Dorman High
School.”
