HS Team Entry Fees: $50 per gender team, up to 15 runners/gender team ($5/each additional runner above 15). If less than
five individuals then entry fee is $10/individual. This is an SCHSL sanctioned event, for SC, NC and GA High Schools.
Collegiate Team Entry Fees: The NCAA Division I, II, and III Cross Country Executive Committees of the USTFCCCA
have launched a new initiative to promote more involvement in our national professional group, the U.S. Track & Field and
Cross Country Coaches Association. These Executive Committees have requested that all USTFCCCA members who host
regular-season 2015 Cross Country meets offer preferred entry fees for USTFCCCA members. As part of this initiative, the
2015 Coastal Carolina University Cross Country Invitational will offer preferred entry fees for USTFCCCA Members. Our
regular entry fee will be $150 per gender/team (unlimited number of entries), and our preferred entry fee for USTFCCCA
members will be $100 per gender/team (unlimited number of entries). You can check your current USTFCCCA
membership status at http://www.ustfccca.org/membership-status. If you are not a member, it’s easy to join. Contact Dave
Svoboda at dave@ustfccca.org for access to your program’s online USTFCCCA account, where you can pay 2015
USTFCCCA membership dues.
Individual/Unattached Entry Fees: The entry fee is $10 per individual for unattached/open athletes.
Method of Payment: Please make checks payable to CCU Athletics. Checks can be mailed to CCU Athletics, PO Box
261954, Conway SC 29528 Attn: Jeff Jacobs. If you are mailing a check please make sure it arrives by Wednesday
September 9, 2015 otherwise, payment is due by the day of the meet and can be made by cash or check.
Entry Procedure: Entries will be due by 5pm Wednesday September 9, 2015 at www.directathletics.com . Your team must
be on the invited team list in order to enter the meet on-line. Please email jjacobs@coastal.edu to get put on invited team list.
Course: Mostly flat grass surface on golf course with a few asphalt cart path crossings. The start will be on the 11th fairway,
there will be 400m before the first turn and finish is a 200m straightaway to the front of the 18th green. The 5,000m course
will be two loops, with one additional loop around 11th green before the finish. Course map available at the following link:

Warm-ups: The course will be open for warm-ups by 3pm on Friday September 11. Please restrict warm-ups to the golf
holes used for the cross-country course (11, and 16-18). Be aware that golfers will be playing the rest of the course, including
the 1st hole which runs parallel to the 18th hole. All spectators, coaches and athletes need to stay completely off the 1st hole.
Please stay off of all putting greens, and out of all sand traps and water hazards.

Team Scoring: Total score of top five finishers from each team plus sixth and seventh runners displace. Incomplete teams
(less than five finishers) and open/unattached individuals will not count in the team scoring.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top 5 individual finishers (t-shirts) and the team champion (plaques) in each race.
Results/Timing: Hard copy results will be available after the race and results will be posted at http://www.goccusports.com/
Snack Bar and Pro Shop: The Hackler Snack Bar and Pro Shop will be open for business during the meet.
Team Tents: Team tents will be allowed to be set-up in the woods between the 1st and 18th holes only. Please do not block or
restrict access to cart paths with placement of team tents.
Restrooms: Portable restrooms will be available for athletes between the 1st and 18th holes. There is also a permanent
restroom between the 15th and 16th holes. Please keep athletes from using the clubhouse restrooms.
Showers/Locker-rooms: Are available in the Coastal Carolina Athletic Department, please contact Assistant AD/Facilities
and Operations Bryan Stiles at 843-349-5054 or bastiles@coastal.edu if you need to use these facilities after the meet.
Athletic Trainer: Coastal Carolina Athletics will have a certified athletic trainer at the meet. Please contact Uriah Snoberger

Directions: From Hwy 501 turn onto University Blvd, turn left onto University Dr. (Quail Creek neighborhood), clubhouse
is at corner of University Dr. and Citadel Dr. Street Address is 107 Citadel Drive, Conway SC 29526
Parking: The clubhouse lot will be reserved for team vans and meet officials ONLY. Spectators will be directed to park in
