PLEASE NOTE: originally there was a Middle School meet scheduled to run right before the High School portion, but that has been moved to Thursday, March 17. See the flrunners calendar entry for that meet for more details.

Due to our small facility, we need to limit entries as follows: Bolles and Episcopal will have unlimited entry, but all other teams may only have THREE entries per event (sorry!). There will be no B races.
Meet entry is via flrunners.com, due by 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 21. Any changes after the entry deadline will cost $5 per change, this includes swapping athletes names. We would rather all the entries be correct than collect any money.

Entry Fees: $50 per single gender team, $75 for combined team.
Checks are payable to "Episcopal School of Jacksonville" and are due at the Coaches Meeting before the start of the meet. You may also mail them to:

No team scores. Awards for the top 8 places. Track and runways are rubberized and only pyramid spikes no longer than 1/4 inch are allowed. Three throws/jumps in the field events, with one more attempt given to anyone who exceeds the bonus distances determined at the venue (typically top 3).
Schedule of Events
3:00 - Coaches Meeting on the infield
3:30 - 4x800 relay. Field Events: Girls Pole Vault, followed by boys; Girls and Boys Long Jump simultaneously; bHJ, then girls; gSP then boys; bDT then girls; gTJ then boys.
4:30 - Running Events (girls, then boys).
Order: 100H/110H, 100, 1600, 400, 4x100R, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x400R.
