KEVIN LOGAN MEMORIAL
JV TRACK & FIELD MEET
Saturday March 19, 2016

Eastside High School

Divisions : 7th and 8th Grades will compete in the Middle School division.  9th and 10th Grades will compete in the High School
division.  Results and awards will be separate for each division.  NO athletes from the 11th or 12th grade are allowed unless
they are in a certified Special Education Class. 

Entries: Each school may enter as many athletes per event as you want. You may enter more than one relay team but only the
"A" team will score.   “B” teams will receive left over ribbons for unclaimed places in the order they finish after the “A” teams.

Entry Fee:    An entry fee of $5.00 per athlete, up to $40.00 per team will be charged up to a maximum of $80 per school.  Make checks
payable to Eastside High and bring it to the meet.  This entry must be paid before your team is allowed to participate. Remember
this fee is an ENTRY FEE - if you enter you MUST pay. 

On-line Entry:    All entries must be submitted on-line at SCRunners.com by the entry deadline (March 18).  Please pay close
attention.  There is a separate event for each division.  PLEASE make sure your athletes are in the correct age division.
Coaches-Please help us to get full heats and have very few scratches.  We will not download the file until early the day of the
meet, so please make sure that you before the meet and tell us of someone that you are certain is not coming and then we will
eliminate them from the meet.

Entry Deadline:    All entries must be submitted by midnight Friday, March 18.

Event Apparel: Official Kevin Logan Memorial apparel will be available for purchase in many colors, designs, and styles.

Awards:          Awards will be given to the top six places of each event and to members of each relay team. There will be no team
awards.  Event awards will be given to athletes in a ceremony on the awards stand shortly after the conclusion of each event.

Track Admission: Athletes in uniform will be allowed in the stadium free.  All spectators will be charged $5.00.

Numbers:      All athletes must have their number, pinned to the front, during competition. 

Time Schedule: There will be NO time schedule.  The field events will start at 9:30 and the running events will start at 10:00. 
The running events order will be as follows: 4x100, 4x800, Hurdles, 100, 1600, 400, 400Hurdles, 4x200, 800, 200, 3200, 4x1600

Parking: Free parking will be available at the facility in the east and west lots and in front of the school.

Notes:                Divisions and sexes may be mixed for the sake of time.
 A certified Athletic Trainer will be on hand.
 We will have a concession stand serving a variety of snacks, drinks, candy, Chick-fil-A sandwiches, etc.
 There are no available locker rooms.
 Packet pick-up will be at the concession stand. Please leave your entry fee check there, also.
 All results will be available at scrunners.com after the meet and updated throughout the meet when we can.
 Bus parking in lot off of Kimbrell Road.
 ¼ or less inch spikes ONLY allowed on the track and jumping surfaces.  We will check!
NO ATHLETIC TAPE IS ALLOWED ON THE TRACK. ONLY VINYL ELECTRICIAN TAPE IS ALLOWED.
