Foothills Track Classic 2016

Coaches Meeting: 	5:00 at the start/finish line. 
General Information:
o	Starting blocks will be provided.
o	Order of events will be girls preceding boys for all races.
o	Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 with five relays scoring (may be adjusted as more scores enter)
o	For the field events, each athlete will receive three attempts (prelims).  The best seven will receive three more attempts (finals).
o	Only ¼ inch spikes will be allowed. 
o	Bus parking is located behind the football stadium.
o	Team tents are allowed just not in the track stands.  
o	Warm-ups can be done on the football field. 
o	No warm-ups on the infield of the track. Only athletes checking in with the clerk or participating in shot/discus will be allowed on the infield.
o	Track warm-ups will be closed at 5:15(after coaches meeting).
o	A PA system will be used for announcing calls of track events and can be heard on both the track and warm-up field.
o	Concessions stands will be open.
o	The gate price will be $5 a person.  Gates at the top and bottom of the track will be open for public entry.
o	Time schedule subject to change based on number of teams entering and heats.
o	Team Trophies will be awarded.
o	Full concessions will be open
