Region 2-4A Early Season Relays

Entries To register your team and athletes for the GSP Relays go to www.scrunners.com, select Calendar and then 2017 Outdoor T&F. Find the Region 2-4A Relays and click on the green Online Entry box. This will take you to the Meet Page where you will again click on the green Online Entry box to register. An instructions and FA link will also be on the Meet Page. Do not contact Eastside for online questions. If you cannot find your answer in the FAQs or instructions on the site, contact John Olson at jolson@milesplit.us. Do not wait until the last minute to learn how to use the site or try to solve any problems.
Entry Deadline Monday Night at 11:59 p.m. March 6.
Entry Restrictions You may enter as many teams in each of the events as you like. Please make sure to fill all of the running teams with 4 people so, that when you enter a team it will be there to fill the heat.
Other Information -
Athletes in uniform may enter free.
Coaches, please enter with your team or have your coaches pass.
There will be a $5 admission for all spectators. Coaches make sure your athletes tell their parents.
Concessions will be available..
The infield of the track is off limits for any warmups.
Athletes can warmup on the practice field next to the baseball field, but please stay off of the baseball and softball fields.
Relay batons will not be provided, please bring enough for all of your teams.
Calls will be made prior to each event. All runners must report to the check-in area.
Three attempts in throws and jumps
No tents in the home stands. Tents can be placed in the visitor stands or behind the visitor stands.
Entrance to the track will be on the back side by the 200m start. Gates on homestretch will be secured for timing purposes. Field entrances will also enter through that gate where they will check in and report to events.
1/4 inch pyramid only size spikes allowed on track. They will be checked!

ORDER OF EVENTS
Coaches please take some time at practice to explain the legs, staying in lanes, breaking, etc. This will save us a lot of time prior to each relay. Girls will run first. We will combine the 4x1600 and maybe the 4x800. Other heats may be combined to save time.

Girls Discus, High Jump, Triple Jump Boys to follow completion of girls event
5:00 Girls Shuttle Hurdle Relay (Hurdles on Girls 100m marks, 30 legs 1 & 3, 33 legs 2 & 4)
Boys Shuttle Hurdle Relay (Hurdles on Boys 110m marks, 36 legs 1 & 3, 39 legs 2 & 4)
4x1600m Relay
Mile Medley (200, 200, 400, 800, rst 2 legs in lanes)
4x100m Relay
Distance Medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
Sprint Medley (100, 100, 200, 400, rst 3 legs in lanes)
4x200m Relay
4x800m Relay
4x400m Relay
