TIME SCHEDULE: See attached tentative schedule.

# OF ENTRIES: A limit of 3 athletes per event. You may enter a 4th athlete per event provided

all 4 have met the qualifying standard listed on the time schedule page. The standard is the 16th place from last year's meet. You may enter 2 relay teams per event. Please be aware that we have minimum standards for marks in the field events.

We will mark the first legal throw/jump but will not mark any subsequent attempts unless they are over the standard. PLEASE ENTER ONLY THOSE THAT CAN BE COMPETITIVE.

SPECIAL EVENTS: In an attempt to decrease the number of athletes that compete in the distance races and the number of heats in the 100, 200, and 400, we will continue with some extra events at the beginning of the meet. We will start at 7:45 with the 1500 Meter Racewalk, then the 5000 meters (on the track!), followed by the Sprint Medley (or 800 Medley) Relay in which legs of 200-100-100-400 are run, followed by the 4 x 1600 Relay. Please help us by putting some of your athletes in these events instead of the traditional events. All of these events will be scored an awards presented as with any other event.

ENTRY: All entries will be done on-line through MileSplit at www.scrunners.com . All entry performances will be from previous marks submitted to SCRunners. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR ENTRIES TO US. No day of meet registration will take place. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON TUESDAY, March 6, 2018.

ENTRY FEE: High school entry fee: $75 per team* ($150 if entering boys and girls) or $10 per individual. *NOTE: A team consists of 8 or more athletes per gender. The fee is an entry fee not a competition fee. No shows are not entitled to a refund. NO REFUNDS. Checks can be made payable to: Eastside Track & Field and mailed to:
