Location: Landrum High School
Entry Fee :$100 per team (boys and girls combined)
Time: Coaches Meeting 9:30 A.M. / Events Start at 10:00 A.M.
Awards: Team Champions Award (Boys and Girls)
Batons for 1st place team in each relay.
Entries will be handled through SCRunners (www.scrunners.com) and the deadline is Wednesday, March 14th at 11:59 pm. Field event relay teams will be ONLY your top four individuals.

Track Relays:
Entries are limited to one relay per event but you can bring as many "B" and "C" teams as you would like. Your "A" team will be scored only. Each relay team is made up of 4 athletes.

1600 Meter Synchronized Relay (All athletes run the 1600 at the same time. At the conclusion of the race, the team's cumulative time is calculated. We only score the 4 you enter on SCrunners) *on SCrunners this event is listed as the 4xMile*
Mile Medley Relay (200, 200, 400, 800)*on SCrunners this event is listed as the Sprint Medley Relay*
