Dear Coaches:
Thank you for your time and efforts to make this Track Meet possible. The Track Meet has been setup in SCrunners please enter your athletes in their events, remember the TR Rule 4-3 as it should be your compass.
I would like to set up a teleconference so all of us can meet and discuss a possible reschedule date on Sunday, 22 April 2018 at 4:00 PM. As of right now the Region Track Meet will be held on Tuesday, 24 April 2018 at Batesburg-Leesville High School.
Now due to weather predictions there is a strong chance we will need to agree on a reschedule date. Monday, 23 April 2018 is a possible chance of rain at 100 percent with thunderstorms coming in the afternoon. Tuesday, 24 April 2018 a possible chance of rain with thunderstorms in the afternoon as well. I wanted to give everyone the heads up on the weather conditions.
