Meet Information
Our race is full for 2018.
***Race times for the 2018 rescheduled meet are:
845 am - Varsity Boys
930 am - all JV Boys
1015 am- all JV Girls
1100 am - Awards
There will NOT be a JV Boys Elite section in 2018.
Important Parking Information:
Team buses will drop off teams at the circle in the park as we have done in the past. Once the teams are dropped off the busses will turn left out of the park and will park at the Chapin Presbyterian Church about one mile from the park on the right. There will be volunteers to direct parking.. There will be a shuttle bus( this is where buses parked at last years race).
Cars will be parked at the Elementary school.No one can park at the Baptist Church this year due to a scheduled event at the church. There can be no parking at the Park unless handicapped.
There will be volunteers directing everyone to the elementary school.
Please do not attempt to park in any of the subdivisions- cars will be towed.
We rescheduled from 9/15 to 9/22 due to weather concerns related to Hurricane Florence. Any team that paid and registered for the original date of 9/15, that cannot attend on 9/22, will have their entrance fee applied to next years race.
We will limit the number of school teams to 30 boys and 30 girls in order to maintain the integrity of the course as well as the safety of the athletes. Registration will be closed once 30 full teams are registered. You will receive a password via email that will allow you to make changes to your entries prior to the deadline.
The Mike Moore Lake Murray Invitational is a joint venture with Chapin High School, Dutch Fork High School, and Irmo High School.
There will not be "calls" for race times. Runners should be aware of the current time and when their race begins.
Registration fee is due by Monday 9/17/18, and is $125 for Both Genders, up to 65 total team members (regardless of gender), then $2 per athlete over 65 runners. If only entering one gender team it is $75 for first 35 athletes, then $2 per athlete over 35.

Trophies will be awarded to top 3 teams in the varsity races, top 2 teams in the JV races and top 15 individuals in each race.
We will again have commemorative t-shirst for sale.
Directions: Crooked Creek Recreational Park, Chapin SC
Take exit 91 (Chapin Exit) from I-26 towards Chapin. Take third left past Chapin High School, cross railroad tracks and go straight through the traffic light. Crooked Creek park is 2 miles from the traffic light. Follow signs to the race area in the park. Bus parking will be at Chapin Elementary. Car and spectator parking will be in the Chapin Baptist lot next to the park. Overflow spectator parking may be at Chapin Elementary. Please watch for volunteers directing traffic. No drop off inside the Park.
