9:45 a.m. Boys Varsity (seven entries)
10:30 a.m. Boys JV (unlimited entries)
11:15 a.m. Girls JV (unlimited entries)
Course:
The course will be Dorman High School’s 5k course. The finish line field will be completely flagged off and off limits to all non-competing athletes and spectators. Please help us keep the finish line field clear of all non-coaches by notifying your parents before the meet.
Directions:
From I-85 or I-26 Asheville: Take exit 70 onto I-26 East towards Columbia. Exit 28 off of I-26 onto US 221. Left off exit. School entrance is 1 mile on left.
From I-26 East: Exit 28 off of I-26 onto US 221. Right onto US 221. School is 1 mile on left.
Bus Parking:
Busses will park in the football stadium parking lot.
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is in the field past the stadium with overflow parking in the stadium lot. Handicapped passes only will be allowed in freshman campus lot (third entrance). Please inform all parents, spectators, etc., to enter through the first entrance to Dorman in front of the main campus.
Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are available at the freshman campus gym.
Participation:
Open to any 7th -12th grade runners.
Sanctioned for SC, NC, GA
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in the grassy areas in front of the freshman campus. All team tents should be on the freshman campus side of the main campus road. Absolutely no team tents will be allowed in the football practice fields. Trash bags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team area before you leave.
Awards:
The top 2 varsity teams will receive a plaque
Varsity races- Top 15 individuals will receive medals;
JV races- Top 10 individuals will receive medals, and the top team will receive a plaque.
Awards ceremony will begin at noon in the freshman campus gym.

T-Shirts:
Commemorative t-shirts will be on sale at the meet for $15
Entry Fee:
$10 per athlete, $50 per team, $75 for both boys’ and girls’ teams.
