Louisville, KY – Erskine senior Marlee Rhodes (Williamston, SC, Palmetto High School) ran in the NCAA National Cross Country Meet this morning, completing the 6k course in 23:20.

Running in wet and muddy conditions, Rhodes crossed the finish line in 144^th place out of 249 runners.

Rhodes is the first Erskine cross country runner to race in the national meet.  Two weeks ago Rhodes finished 5^th in the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet to qualify for today's national meet.
