--Congratulations to Coach Joseph Pinckney (JL Mann) and Coach Jeff Buys (Dorman) as they will be the newest members of the SCTCCCA Hall of Fame!
--Congratulations to Coach Heather Greene (Riverside), as she was named the Assistant Cross Country Coach of the Year.
--SCTCCCA will use www.scrunners.com as our official registration site
--SCTCCCA will ask the High School League to add "Teams may walk/jog the course" to the rules section for the Cross Country State Championship.
--SCTCCCA will propose to the High School League to add Indoor Track & Field, in accordance with the completion of the new indoor track facility at the University of South Carolina.
--The High School League informed the SCTCCCA that it has decided to KEEP the OLD jewelry rule: NO jewelry. Inform your athletes!!!
--The list of schools that have paid for Coaches Classic (Track & Field) will be posted on the association website (www.carolinaxc.com) in the coming weeks.
