Dorman senior Marcus Rowland and Pendleton sophomore Jasmin Stowers lead a group of 13 track and field athletes from South Carolina to Saturday's University of Kentucky high school indoor invitational at Nutter Fieldhouse in Lexington.
Rowland is entered in the 200-meter dash with the no. 1 entry time (21.34) and second in the 60-meter dash (10.62).
Stowers is entered in the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles. Stowers steps on the line Saturday with the No. 2 60 entry time (11.36) and 60 hurdles No. 2 entry time of 13.52. Stowers is ranked fifth nationally in the hurdles.
