The South Carolina Track and Cross Country Coaches Association President Matt Oberly announced schedule changes for Saturday's winter meeting at the South Carolina High School League Office in Columbia.
The changes were announced due to the expected winter weather in South Carolina.
The officers meeting will start 8:15 a.m. The general meeting starts at 9 a.m. and ends by 11 a.m.
"We will ensure that the meeting concludes by 11 a.m. so that coaches have adequate time to travel home," said Oberly.

RULES & GUIDELINES
1. Applicant must be a senior that will graduate (on time) in 2026.
2. Applicant must be attending an accredited 2-year or 4-year college in the Fall of 2026.
3. Applicant must have participated in Cross Country, Track & Field, or both for AT LEAST THREE full seasons (Example: 2XC & 1TF).
4. Applicant must be participating in either XC, Track, or both during their senior year.
5. Applicant must be in good standing with administration at his/her school.
6. Applicant must be an example of the "Six Pillars of Character":
Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship
**EACH SCHOOL MAY NOMINATE ONE ATHLETE**
**Incomplete applications will not be considered**
