CLINTON, S.C. - The Presbyterian College cross country teams are traveling to the 2010 Big South Conference Cross Country Championships this weekend being held in Blacksburg, Va.
Both teams competed on this course against conference opponents on September 25. The trip was highlighted by the men's team beating Gardner-Webb by four points. Senior Nicholas Baer led the team with a time of 28:35. Baer and junior Stephanie Newell are expected to lead their respective teams on Saturday morning.
The women race at 10:30 followed by the men at 11:30 am. Awards will follow. The event is free and open to the public and can be found at Blacksburg Middle School at 3109 Prices Fork Road in Blacksburg, VA.
