CHARLESTON, S.C. - College of Charleston head coach Amy Seago announced the release of the 2011 Schedule, highlighted by several high caliber competitions.
After opening the season with the Appalachian Open Jan. 22 in Boone, N.C. the Cougars travel to New York for the New Balance Collegiate Invitational Feb. 4-5.
After competing in Chapel Hill at the Carolina Invitational Feb. 12, the Cougars travel to Clemson for the SoCon Championships Feb. 26-27. The indoor season concludes with the NCAA Championship in College Station, Texas from March 10-12.
The Cougars open the outdoor season by co-hosting the Palmetto Classic on March 11 in Mt. Pleasant. The outdoor slate will see the squad compete in the Duke Invitational before traveling to Birmingham, Ala. for the SoCon Outdoor Championships.
The NCAA East Preliminary meet will be held on the campus of Indiana University May 26-28, with the national meet in Des Moines, Iowa June 8-11.
