Race Times:
6:20 p.m. JV Girls
7:05 p.m. JV Boys
7:40 p.m. OPEN RACE ($5 entry)
8:30 p.m. Boys Varsity (ten entries)
9:00 p.m. Girls Varsity (ten entries)
9:30 p.m. Awards on Football Field
Course:
The course will be run on the Riverside High School’s campus. It will be a 3 loop course that is fully lit and able to be seen from either set of bleachers. Music will be played throughout the races. Mixed surface
Bus Parking:
Buses will park in the parking lot closest to the baseball field off Suber Road
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is in the parking lots off of Suber Road. Please inform all parents, spectators, etc., to enter through the baseball gate. $5 spectator admission fee.
Participation:
Open to any 7th -12th grade runners. Sanctioned for SC
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in HOME and VISITOR stands. Tents and teams cannot setup on any of the fields. Trash bags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team area before you leave.
Awards:
The top 2 varsity teams will receive a plaque and the top team will receive a plaque.
Varsity races- Top 15 individuals will receive medals in the chute
JV races- Top 10 individuals will receive medals in the chute.
Open Race will receive medals top 3 male/female finishers, Top M&F Coach, and Top Costume M&F
Awards ceremony will begin at the conclusion of Varsity Girls Race.
Entries:
OPEN Race will signup onsite by 7pm ($5 cash per runner)
T-Shirts:
Greenville Running Company will have t-shirts on sale at the meet. Also will have shoes
Concessions:
Will be available
Entry Fee:
$75 per team, $100 for both boys’ and girls’ teams.
