11th Annual Cane Bay Track and Field Invitational

Entry Fee:$85 per team or $150 per school if you are bring both boys and girls.$20 per athlete will be charged for individual entry.
Entries:All entries must be input through SCRunners.com.Please understand that coaches must becometeam admin for your school on SC Runners to enter your team.I know a lot of teams and meets have startedusing it so this shouldn't be a problem.Each school is allowed to enter 3athletes per event and 2 relays per school.Each athlete may enter no more than 4 events,including relays.ALL ENTRIES MUST BERECEIVED BY NOON MARCH 28th, 2018.No entries will be accepted after this date.
Check In:Team packets will be availablestarting at 8:00am the day of the meet.There will be no additions made to the meet.There will be a coaches meeting for AllCoaches at 8:30am
Coaches Hopitality/Concessions:Lunch will be provided Cane Bay High School Track Team for all coaches and meet officials. Concessions will be available for all athletesand spectators at the Viper Grill Concession Stand located at the High Jump endof the stadium.
Warm ups:The track will be open for warm upstarting at 8:00am and close at 9:00am.Throwing areas will not be open until a coach is present to monitor theathlete's warm-ups.
Awards:Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 teams in both boys and girls divisions.Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event. Plaques will be awarded to the Outstanding Track Athlete and Outstanding Field Athlete in both boys and girls divisions.
Directions: From Charleston Go I-26 to exit 197 Nexton Parkway. Take a right off the exit and follow Nexton Parkway 7 miles to North Creek Drive. Take a right on North Creek and follow to the stoplight at 176 and Cane Bay Blvd. Cross over 176 onto Cane Bay Blvd, take 2nd right into Bus Parking Lot.
Directions: From Columbia Go I-26 to exit 197 to Nexton Parkway. You will take a left onto Nexton Parkway and follow it down 7 miles and take a right onto North Creek Drive. Take North Creek until you get to the light at 176(State Rd). Cross over at the light onto Cane Bay Blvd. Take the 2nd right into the bus parking lot.
The firstentrance will be spectator parking and the second entrance behind the stadiumwill be for team buses.
