Meet Information
Coaches,
Thank you for your interest in our PAC Meet before the April 11th Championship. We will be using the FlashTiming and Hy-Tek Meet Manager for this meet so you will be required to register for this Middle School meet. The entries will be unlimited for all events.
*If your athletes are competing in any running and field events they will need to check out of their field event and check back into their field event immediately following the end of the running event. If they do not check back in they will be scratched.*
Here is the schedule that we will follow. We will start with the 4x100 and field events @ 5:15 and then a rolling start will be implemented. Girls will run 1st, followed by the Boys. Please advise your athletes to listen to the calls that we make. Once a running event has ended we will promptly move to the next running event:
5:00 Track open for warm-ups, 1st call Girls and Boys 4x100 relay and field events
5:10 Coach's Meeting, 2nd Call Girls and Boys 4x100 relay and field events, 1st call Girls and Boys 100mH.
5:12 Final Call Girls and Boys 4x100 relay and field events (report to field event areas and start/finish line), 2nd call 100mH
5:15 4x100 Relays
Girls Shot Put/Boys Discus
Girls Long Jump/Boys Long Jump (Will occur at the same time)
Girls Pole Vault/Boys Pole Vault
Boys High Jump/Girls High Jump
