Meet Information
Registration
We will be limiting the number of school teams to 12 boys and 12 girls in order to maintain the integrity of the course as well as ensure the safety of the athletes. Registration will be closed once 12 full teams are registered. You will receive a password via email that will allow you to make changes to your entries prior to the deadline.
Cost to enter the meet will be $100 for both genders.
You may enter 10 athletes in the varsity races. Entries are due by 11:59 PM on Wednesday 8/28/19.
Race Times:
8:30am - Varsity Girls
9:15am - Varsity Boys
10:00am - Junior Varsity Girls
10:45am - Junior Varsity Boys
Payment:
Checks should be made payable to Pinewood Prep and are due by Monday 8/26/19.
