Springdale Race Course
This is a brand new course and it is very spectator friendly. The Start
Line and Finish Line areas will be flagged and off limits to all non-competing
athletes, coaches and spectators. Please help us keep these areas clear by
notifying your parents and athletes before the meet. There are permanent stands
in front of the finish line for spectators. This course will also host the
Coaches Classic, 5A Mid State Qualifier, and the 1A-2A qualifier.
Parking:
Parking attendants will guide buses and spectator parking. Parking will be $5
for all vehicles except for team buses and vans. Please follow directions to
ensure quick and organized parking. Signs will be out to guide parking.

Participation:
Open to any 7th -12th grade runners. Runners must be a member of their high
school team. This meet is sanctioned by the NFHS. Approved Home School teams
will be participating in this meet.
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up on the infield of the racing area. There is a road
from the bus parking lot to the infield of the race track. Restrooms are
available in this area for athletes. There will be a tent in this area for
coaches to pick up their packets and to return chips after the race is over.
Awards:
Awards:
The top 3 varsity teams and top 3 JV teams
will receive a trophy. Varsity races- Top 15 individuals will receive medals; JV
races- Top 10 individuals will receive medals. Awards ceremony will begin at
11:30 in front of the grandstands.
Entries:
Entries will be done through scrunners.com. We will close entries at 8:59 pm on
October 22, 2019. You will need to log in as your team's administrator and
enter the meet. Please make sure that your rosters are updated and accurate
before you do so. This meet will be using chip timing. Coaches must collect the
chips from your athletes and return them to the check in tent. DO NOT BRING
THEM TO THE FINISH LINE. There will be a $25.00 fee for any chips that are not returned.
T-Shirts:
A t-shirt vendor will be on site to print shirts as well has hooded items.
Entry Fee
Entry Fee $10 per athlete, $75 per team (boys and girls team
from the same school is $125)
