Come join us on October 3rd
as we host our 4th Annual 5K High School Cross Country Race
Awards will be given for the top 10 finishers in each division(Varsity Boys and Girls)
Along with a Team Trophy for the Champions in each division

* 8:30 GIRLS- will
have a max of 10 per team but can have an A team B team and even C

B to me (there is no JV Girls)
* Approx- 9:15-BOYS- 7 runners max
for Varsity boys race .> Move all others to JV
SPECIAL NOTE If you do not
have 5 runners to score you must enter your runners in the JV at 10:00

2020 MEET INFO:
RACE TIMES 8:30 Girls Varsity followed
by Boys Varsity (7 max per team) followed by Boys JV(unlimited)

Wave starts will be used and there will be a separate varsity/JV race for Boys. Waves assignments will be emailed and will be published using sc.milesplit.com
-- Wave #1 will begin at 8:30 am with the girl's race. There will be a short break between each race.*Starting boxes will be separated to keep teams 8-10ft apart.***NO AWARDS CEREMONY(Awards will be mailed to coaches)Contact

the park for GPS.

Race Protocols
o Athletes finishing will be directed away from the area in order to
avoid contact with others.
o All participants must wear mask until they
compete
o There will be a TIME OF DAY clock at the start
o . First wave (2 teams)will start at EXACTLY 8:30
AM Teams will then be started in groups of 2 every 30 seconds after that
o Water at
the finish line will be for emergency situations only, Teams should provide
their own water
o .All other race staff must wear masks
o Race
numbers must be given out by workers in gloves and masks
o Awards
will be based on CHIP time, not GUN time.
o . Runners must wear masks after they finish
race, except when eating or drinking fluids.
o Hand sanitizer will be available in numerous
locations near the start/finish/packet pick up area.
Except for the start, runners are NOT TO
CONGREGATE in groups of more than 10,s

could result in Disqualification
