Thank you for all those interested in our 1st Annual Crusader Invitational

We will not be accepting any more entries. We have reached our maximum participation limit. Hope everyone has a great cross country season!!

Meet will be held at Boyd Pond Park, 340 Boyd Pond Road, Aiken SC (NOT Generations Park).

Boys and Girls Varsity Races only.

Boys race will begin at 5pm.

This is a two loop course over, dirt, gravel, grass and approximately 600M of pavement. Spikes not recommended.

As part of Covid-19 precautions, each runner will be required to complete two separate waivers. One for South Aiken Baptist Christian School and one for the Aiken Country Park Depatrtment. This will will be sent to each team upon closure of registration.

SABCS | Crusader Invitational - September 3rd, 2020 - Boyd Pond Park, Aiken, SC Please review our instructions and policies for our meet:

  1. There is no admission fee or meet fee. We are asking for a $5 donation per family due to the low cost of this event.

  2. Please bring your own team cooler. Water will be provided to athletes after finish along with a pre-packaged granola if needed. Tell your athletes to exit the chute area after finish.

  3. Masks must be worn at all times by spectators and coaches. Hand sanitizing stations will be provided around the event.

  4. Please bring the screening checklist with you in order to receive your bibs. All athletes and coaches must do a temperature check prior to the race. Anyone with a fever of 100.4 or higher, cannot participate.

  5. Please do not shake hands or hug and maintain a proper social distance at all times.

  6. Spectators are welcome! Respect the space of those around you, there is plenty of room

    at the park.

  7. Please have a coach/representative for our team near the finish line so if an athlete from

    your team flops over the line you can assist them out of the chute. We will have a

    separate area to treat urgencies/emergencies.

  8. Varsity boys will start at 5pm. Girls will start at 5:45pm. Awards ceremony will be right

    after the finish of the girls race. We will announce the top team, and top 5 for girls and boys. Please have ONE team representative pick up awards for all members of the team.

  9. Concessions will only be bottled drinks and prepackaged items.

  10. Starting boxes will be 10ft instead of 6ft. Please still only put 2 athletes from your team

    on the line and line up behind.
