Entry Fees: $50/gender team, unlimited number, or $10 per individual. Please make checks payable to CCU Athletics.
Entry Procedure: Entries will be due by 5pm Tuesday September 14th. Please fax attached entry form to 843-349-2893, attn: Jeff Jacobs, or email to jjacobs@coastal.edu Make additional copies if necessary.
Course: Mostly flat grass surface on golf course with a few asphalt cart path crossings. Start and finish is front of the 18th green. The 5,000m course will be and two 2,500m loops around the perimeter of holes 18, 17, 16 and 15. The 6,000m course will be one 1,000m loop around holes 18 and 17, and two 2,500m loops around the perimeter of holes 18, 17, 16, 15
Warm-ups: The course will be open to warm-ups on at 3:00pm on Friday. Please restrict warm-ups to the golf holes used for the cross-country course (15-18) and holes 11and 12. Be aware that golfers will be playing the rest of the course, including the 1st hole which runs parallel to the 18th hole. All spectators, coaches and athletes need to stay completely off the 1st hole. Please stay off of all putting greens, and out of all sand traps and water hazards.

Scoring: Total score of top five finishers from each team plus sixth and seventh runners displace. Incomplete teams (less than five finishers) and open individuals will not count in the team scoring.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top 5 individual finishers and the team champion in each race.
Results: Hard copy results will be available after the race and results will be posted at http://www.goccusports.com/
Snack Bar and Pro shop: The Quail Creek Snack Bar and Pro Shop will be open for business during the meet.
Restrooms: Portable restrooms will be available for athletes between the 1st and 18th holes. There is also a permanent restroom between the 15th and 16th holes. Please keep athletes from using the clubhouse restrooms.
Showers/Locker-rooms: Are available in the Coastal Carolina Athletic Department, please contact Assistant Events Coordinator Bryan Paar at 843-349-6576 or bpaar@coastal.edu if you need to use these facilities after the meet.
Athletic Trainer: Coastal Carolina Athletics will have a certified athletic trainer at the meet. Please contact Dwayne Beam 843-349-2825 dbeam@coastal.edu for any specific needs and questions.

From the north via I-95:
Travel I-95 South into South Carolina. Follow I-95 to Exit 181. Turn left onto SC Hwy. 38. Follow Hwy. 38 to the intersection of US Hwy. 501. Turn right onto Hwy. 501 and proceed to Conway/Myrtle Beach. Continue on Hwy. 501 through Conway and Coastal Carolina University will be on the right. Turn right onto University Blvd. at the stoplight with the flashing CCU marquee sign. Follow University Blvd. and turn left on University Drive into Quail Creek neighborhood. Turn right on Citadel drive and left into clubhouse parking lot.
From the south via I-95:
Travel I-95 North. Take Exit 170. Follow SC Hwy. 327 to the intersection with SC Hwy. 576. Turn left onto Hwy. 576 and follow toward Conway/Myrtle Beach. Hwy. 576 will merge with Hwy. 501. From Columbia, SC:

Take Hwy 17 North to Hwy 544. Follow Hwy 544 North to Conway. Turn right at University Blvd before Football Stadium. Take second right on University Drive into Quail Creek neighborhood. Turn right on Citadel and left into clubhouse parking lot.
From Wilmington, NC:
Take Hwy 31 South to Hwy 501 North to Conway. Turn left onto University Blvd. at the stoplight with the flashing CCU marquee sign. Follow University Blvd. and turn left into Quail Creek neighborhood. Turn right on Citadel drive and left into clubhouse parking lot.
