How did you get involved in the sport?
 
My middle school gym teacher (coach Del Bagno) wanted me to come out and try it.
 

I see you participate in multiple events? Do you have a favorite? Please explain. 
My favorite is the 400 because it is one the hardest races in track and field.

From your success in 2016, what do you hope to do this season coming up? 
To win another state title.

How has competing in indoor helped this winter? 
It's helped me to be more humble, and work harder to accomplish my goals.

Do you have a specific motivation? 
Not to lose.

What has been your biggest challenge in the sport? 
Trying to beat my personal records.

Two years left at the high school level, what do you hope to achieve in the future? 
Two more state championships.

What do you enjoy the most about the Waccamaw team? 
The people because the whole team is like one big family.

What do you feel you have learned from your coaches, teammates and the sport?
 
Your teammates and coaches will always be there whether you win or lose. 

What would like to see happen in the future? 
A boys team state championship.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why? 
Go on a missions trip to a foreign country and help people in need.
