Race Schedule:
- Coaches Meeting: 8:00 AM
- Varsity Girls Race: 8:30 AM (Limit 10)
- Varsity Boys Race: 9:00 AM (Limit 10)
- JV Girls Race: 9:30 AM
- JV Boys Race: 10:10 AM
Awards Presentation: Following the JV Boys Race
Individual Awards:
Varsity Boys & Girls:
- Top 25 athletes receive medals and a T-shirt.
- Top individual runner receives a trophy.
- 2nd and 3rd place finishers receive plaques.
JV Boys & Girls:
- Top 10 athletes receive medals.
Team Awards:
- Varsity Championship Awards:
- Boys and Girls Varsity Team Champions receive a team trophy.
- Runner-up teams receive plaques.
- Combined score trophy for Boys and Girls teams.
Entry Fees:
- Team Entry Fee: $80 per school, covering both boys and girls teams.
- For just a girls or just a guys team $40
- For an individual $25

Ticket Information:
- Cost: $7 per ticket.
- All attendees must have a ticket to enter. Tickets can be purchased online at the following link:
- Fans can also scan the provided QR code for easy access.
- It is highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance before arriving.
Entry Procedure:
- Tickets will be scanned at two locations on campus. Please refer to the campus map for details.
- Important: Have your ticket ready to scan upon arrival at the gate.

- Team bus parking is designated; please refer to the campus map for exact locations.
