Welcome to the Gator Marsh Crawl!
Join us on Friday, October 23rd, 2026, at Palmetto Islands County Park for the best Marsh 5K in the Low Country!
Race Details:
Course: 5K Loop, running adjacent to the marsh on trails, pavement, and boardwalks!
Location: Palmetto Islands County Park
Timing: Provided by Strictly Running; results posted on scrunners.com
Team Information:
Parking & Setup: Palmetto Islands County Park
Tents: By pavilions near the starting line
Trash: Teams are responsible for their own cleanup (bags available at check-in)
Check-In: Goose Creek High School tent (trash bags, bibs, and pins provided)
Map and Tshirt purchase information will be updated by September 1st.
Amenities:
Restrooms within the park
Athletic trainer on site
Water jugs available (please bring your own cups or bottles)
Spectator Information:
Parking is very limited, please plan to carpool. This is strongly recommended
Shirts will be available to purchase through the GCHS booster club for preorder and at the event.
There is an entry fee into the park of $2 per person.
We can't wait to see you at the event!
We will have 4 races.
All Races will be limited to 7 entries.
3:30 PM: Coaches Meeting
4:00 PM: Varsity Boys
4:30 PM: JV Boys
5:00 PM: Varsity Girls
5:30 PM: JV Girls
We will give out awards to the top 3 finishers of each varsity race and the top team of each varsity race.
The entry fee will be a flat fee of $150 per school for all races. Please mail checks before 10/1/26 and make checks payable to Goose Creek High School. Please include Gator Marsh Crawl XC in the memo line of the check.
