SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The SMC Pioneer cross country teams are ranked in the nation's top 10 of the first official NJCAA poll of the season.
The women’s team is ranked No. 6 and the men are ranked No. 9.
In the first meet of the year, the Eye Opener Invitational, the women placed 10th and the men placed 11th in a field made up of mostly NCAA Division I schools.
