How and when did you get involved in track and field?
I got involved in track and field when I was about seven years old. The first team ever I ran for was a USA/AAU Club Team called Spartanburg Striders under Coach Audril and Coach Bridgett.
What have you learned from the sport?
I've learned anything can happen on the track at any given time, rankings are meaningless when everyone lines up or gets in the blocks. I've also learned that hard work and dedication to this sport can provide you with opportunities that I never dreamed possible.
