Riverside girls were voted as MileSplit national team of the week following the Lake Murray Invitational.
The Warriors finished first in Saturday's Lake Murray Invitational by 67 points and had four runners run under 19 minutes on the Crooked Creek Park 5,000-meter course. Riverside was led by Cate Ambrose. Ambrose ran to a personal best and state no. 1 time of 18 minutes, 7.91 seconds.
Riverside won the team of the week with 5,613 votes. Camas (Wash.) was second with 4,432.
The girls are nationally-ranked seventh in the MileSplit team database.
