Northwestern senior and 2007 Class AAAA cross country state champion Mary Kate DuBard has chosen to attend Georgia Tech, Northwestern cross country and track and field coach Calvin Hudgins said in an e-mail this morning. DuBard ran the fastest time in South Carolina this past cross country season of 18 minutes, 2 seconds. DuBard finished ahead of defending champion Alyssa Kulik, a senior at Mauldin, that signed with Clemson University Wednesday.
