Broome senior Stefan Shealy and Spartanburg seventh grade distance star Evie Tate participated in the Run In 3,000-meter Invitational Saturday at Irwin Belk Complex on campus of Furman University. Shealy ran the fastest of the day (nine minutes, 5.1 seconds). Tate ran the second-fastest female time of 11 minutes, 25.8 seconds.
