Stephanie Garcia had a huge 2015 season, culminating in a ninth-place finish in the 3000 steeplechase at the IAAF World Championships. With the off season over, Garcia and her Furman Elite squad have landed in Flagstaff, Arizona for a month-long stint of altitude training. Garcia explains why she loves training in the mountain town, what her goals are for this upcoming indoor season, and how exciting it is to be a part of the Furman program.
