After resting for a couple of races, and then a down week to recover after my indoor season, we launched ourselves into a big week of training. To be honest, I was pretty disappointed with my indoor campaign. My training went well, but my races just didn't quite come together. I ran an indoor personal best in the mile, but fell short of my goals in the 3K and the 5K. I learned some lessons the hard way. A race is an opportunity to show and celebrate all of the hard work that has gone into training. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the opportunities that are coming this outdoor season.
