Rock Hill's Brandon Hudgins moved on to the semifinal round of the U.S.A. Track and Field 1500 meters Olympic trials Thursday evening in Oregon.
Hudgins' time of 3:43.25 was the third best non-automatic qualifying time. The first six finishers in each of the three 10-runner heats advanced automatically, with the next six-best times joining them.
The race is tonight at 7:12 p.m. EST.
