How did you get involved in the sport? 
My current coaches got me involved in the sport. 

I see you participate in multiple events. Do you have a favorite? Please explain. 
Yes, I have a few colleges looking at me for track.

From your success in 2016, what do you hope to do the rest of this season? 

Work harder to try and beat my personal best.

Do you have a specific motivation? 
My brother. 

What has been your biggest challenge in the sport? 
Focusing.

What do you hope to achieve in the future upon graduation this June? 
Getting accepted in college and graduating.

What do you hope to achieve this weekend during Class AAAAA qualifier? 
To qualify for state.

Walk us through a discus event for you (from pre event until post event). 
For pre event I stretch and talk to my brother and my coaches, next I get into my zone for the event itself, post I try to relax.

What goes through your mind during an event at a meet and at practice? 
I think about how I'm  going to throw.

How do you look at being
top ranked in the state in the discus
It feels good I just try to focus on getting better.

What goes through you mind during each competition? 
Nothing, I try not to think about it to much because it will mess up my focus.

What do you enjoy the most about the Dorman team? 
My coaches and being able to compete with my brother at practice.

What do you feel you have learned from your coaches, teammates and the sport? 
I learned how to stay focus and not get distracted.

What would like to see happen in the future in the sport?
I wish more people would come out for track.

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? 
Yes, but in the far future.   

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why? 
Bring my grandma back so she can see me throw.
