Eye Opener entries are now closed, as of Monday at midnight, according to meet management.
Online entry management asked to not make changes or enter the meet as the file has already been downloaded.
scrunners.com will be onsite Saturday with photo and video coverage, including live finish line video at The Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg.
A full teams attending list will be available later tonight.
Notes from meet management
- Teams wishing to view/run the course on Friday before 6:30 p.m. must park on Frontage Road that parallels I-585. Runners are not allowed to run on roads or through parking lots of the Roger Milliken Center. Please instruct your team to stay on the course and not to stray near any buildings. The grounds close at dusk.

id=7728 (must have proper software - flash) - Out of town traffic should enter the RMC via I-85 on Saturday. Please pay close attention to the security personnel and volunteers who will be directing traffic. It is imperative that traffic continues to flow into the complex so it does not back onto the interstate. Please instruct parents and bus drivers to keep moving.
- Technical T-shirts (Milliken VisaEndurace) will be sold for $20. Proceeds help offset the expenses of staging the Eye Opener. Please encourage your runners to purchase shirts so we can continue to not charge an entry fee for high schools.
- Schools are expected to bring their own fluids
- The campus of the RMC is an arboretum. Please respect the grounds.
- We will employ a new type of chip timing (D-tag). These disposable tags must be removed from the bib number and attached to the shoe (instructions attached).
- Please ensure your D-tags are distributed to the correct runners. Race management is unable to change names.
- "Top 10" shirts for the International Division will be distributed at the awards podium at 10:30. "Top 10" shirts for the Championship Division will be distributed at 11:30.
