Summer Training Log (Week Three-June 28-July 4): Stephanie Buffo

Monday, June 28: Approximately 6.75 miles (Recovery Pace) with 8 minute fast surges into run. Today, the run got a little faster as it went on with surges getting faster as well.

Tuesday, June 29: 1 mile (Recovery), 1 mile FAST, 4 miles slower (Recovery).

Wednesday, June 30: 8.5 mile (Recovery) run. Today, was just recovery/easier run from yesterday.

Thursday, July 1: 1 mile (Recovery) run, 2 hills (jogging down) and about 4 miles easy/recovery.

Friday, July 2: 6 mile (Recovery) run. Today, was a slower recovery day (Firecracker 5k road race tomorrow).

Saturday, July 3: Firecracker 5k road race in Easley, SC. 1.5 warm-up, 3.1 mile race, 3 mile Recovery.

Sunday, July 4: 5 mile (Recovery) run. Today, was a slow day just to recover from the race yesterday.
