How was your summer training?
Very good. I ran a lot of long slow miles, about 65 a week.
How do you look at having the top time in the state (at the time of interview)?
I am happy with it, but I know the season is just getting started. I am progressing well in training and I am looking forward to racing with the best guys in the state and dropping my time.
What are your season goals?
Sub-15, do well at state, place high as a team at state with my awesome teammates and qualify for Foot Locker Nationals.
What meets are you focusing on this year?
Eye Opener, Lake Murray, Coaches Classic, State, Foot Locker South.
