Brijette Basden and her Shaw University Women's Track & Field teammates placed fourth out of 10 teams in the 2023 CIAA Outdoor Championships at Durham County Stadium.
The Shaw 4x100m Relay team consisting of Anijah Triggs, Basden, Micah Wright, Symone Wright finished in fifth place clocking 48.02.
Basden finished 4th in the Women's 100 Meters Preliminaries Heat 1, her Personal Best time of 12.41 saw her finish 11th overall.
During the Women's 200 Meters Preliminaries Heat 1, Basden clocked the 4th fastest time of 25.15, her Personal Best time saw her finish 19th overall.
