scrunners: What made you decide on USC Upstate?
matt johnson: They were a D1 school that had has a fairly new program and every program needs a good start so my brother and I decided to help build onto to this growing program and hopefully attract more athletes.
scrunners: What kind of training will you do this summer?
matt johnson: I will try and run as much as I feel, I've gotten kind of in the mindset of a free summer with no running involved but ill practice with the Spring Valley XC team during the Summer.
