Shrine Bowl Run Coordinator Everette Stoudenmire passed away early Monday.
John Jones, SCTCCCA president said the following to the coaches in a letter.
"The Cross Country coaches of SC have lost a good friend - Everette Stoudenmire," said Jones. "Everette, along with Mike Moore, started the Shrine Bowl Ball Run. Everette has been the coordinator for the run every year since it started. Everette was 52 and died of a heart attack."
"The Run is a great thing for our kids and in honor of Everette we need to make sure that it continues. We will all miss him.
A service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at the corner of Blanding and Bull Streets at 2 p.m. this Thursday (Feb. 2)."
